A native of Belo Horizonte, Brazil now based in New York, Simone Rodrigues is the creative fashion force behind Sisa Designs. Ms. Rodrigues began designing and sewing at the age of ten watching her Mother designing & Sewing and went on to earn a degree in Fashion Design, Business and Marketing she Worked in Big Coorporation as a General Manager. She worked as a model and freelance designer for few years before launching her own label in 2009, focusing on exporting to Europe and the Caribbean.

Sisa Designs are inspired by nature and rendered in warm tones focused on accentuating a womans unique beauty and sensuality with classic elegance regardless of age or size. The garments are made of the finest hand-selected fabrics including chiffon, silk, lace and taffeta, often creatively embellished with feathers (Eco Friendly), flowers and crystals. Perfect cutting and draping make each design smooth and stunning. Lines include swimwear, evening and bridal gowns as well as Recycled hand crafted accessories exclusive designed.

Sisa Designs has shown on the runway in numerous fashion shows in Puerto Rico, Brazil, USA, she has showcased spring 2011 at the Luxury Couture Fashion Week at The Legendary Waldorf Astoria in NY, in San 2010 Diego, California at the 10 Best Dressed Awards by Leonard Simpson. NY Fashion Week, Miami Fashion Week, Fall 2011, Spring 2012 at Couture Fashion Week in NY City, Miami Fashion Week 2011, LATIN GRAMMYS 2011 in Vegas design wore bY Karen Hoyos, voted on the Top 10 best Dressed at the Grammys,Golden Globes 2012 , Oscars 2012 Oscars 2013 , showcased at Roger Neal Academy Awards Style Suite .

Many of Sisa's Designs wore by Celebrities and Top Models for " MyLifeStyle Magazine, Elle, Moda Brasil "Sisa has contributed to many charity events including Breast Cancer Awareness, St. Judes and Leukaemia.
